| Description | 集光型太陽電池の変換効率をより正確に計測するために我々が実施している計測方法、データ処理方法について報告した。特に、IV特性が電圧の掃引方向依存性を示す対策として、掃引方向の異なる2つのIV曲線を一定電圧で測定した測定データをもとに合成することにより、電圧の掃引方向に依存しないIV曲線が得られることを示した。また、1msecの短パルスで測定することにより測定中の温度上昇を十分に小さくできることを示した。 | |||||||||
