| Description | In this paper, we present a new flexible clamp-type current senor for wireless monitoring of electric consumption in shops and factories. The new current sensor consists of thin permalloy core and copper windings, which is fabricated by using a combination of screen printing, electroplating process on thin polyimide sheet-based substrate. The prototype sensor was examined and showed linear output within a large electric current range of up to 100 A. | |||||||||||||
