| Description | The design, simulation and MEMS-based fabrication of a single optical fiber scanner actuated by lager tilt-angle microcoils have been reported in this paper. As an electromagnetic actuator, tilt microcoils have been designed and fabricated on the surface of a thin polyimide pipe with 1mm outer diameter. The key parameters of designed tilt microcoil, including three major elements: coil pitch, tilt-angle and winding number. And magnetic force has been calculated by varying key parameters. | |||||||||||||
